About Igor Daniel G- Wallaert

Igor Daniel G-Wallaert is dedicated to helping individuals aged 18-45 who are navigating challenges in physical and mental health—those ready to embrace deep transformative changes in their lives by not being afraid to go against the grain. At the young age of 22, Igor had this “gut feeling”, both literally and figuratively, that he wasn’t living his best life. He was struggling with gut issues and generally felt like crap. After doing some research he found out some alternative ways to improve his well being and it made him realise just how bad he had felt throughout his entire life. When he discovered how much better you could actually feel and how he had been completely unaware of how bad he had felt for most of his life, he became obsessed about both physical and mental health and has spent countless hours researching these topics for the last 10 years now. After spending all these years researching and continuously improving his own health, he came to the conclusion that being healthy in today’s society is massively overcomplicated.

The principles needed to thrive both physically and mentally are very simple, yet people in today’s world seem to be struggling with their health more and more. In this program, Igor teaches you how to achieve a state of what he calls “Effortless Health” in a fraction of the time that he spent figuring this out on his own. No longer do you have to drown yourself in articles about the newest ‘super food’ or reading about how the latest supplement will finally be the one to change your life. Everything you need to know to make the changes you need in a way that they will last you a lifetime are inside this program, while Igor will coach you through this process of change to make sure that you succeed. With a year of experience as a certified personal trainer and GAPS coach, Igor understands the complexities these challenges can present. Together with clients, he takes incremental, impactful steps toward lasting well-being and personal growth.
